The Goals of PROJEKTS have always been the same. We aim to provide facilities for young people based around, but not exclusive to skateboarding. While doing this, we do look to provide a positive sense of community through the way we act, speak and interact with everyone who comes through our doors.

Projekts has roots in the Christian faith. This doesn't mean that we only want Christians attending (We don't) or that we've only got Christian staff (We haven't). What it does mean is that we do our best to uphold the values set out by Jesus, and that we try to treat everyone with a high degree of respect and value.

Obviously there a few key aims that we have sights set on for the future. The 'ultimate' goal is that one day we will have our own dedicated centre, one that will encompass all the things that we look to provide. A state of the art skate park, multiple leisure/ café/ chill-out areas and space for external agencies are just a small part of what we would want to include. We firmly believe that with a venue such as this one, we could increase the positive impact we're already having exponentially.

In the medium term, we obviously won't be sitting around waiting for this 'dream'. While pursuing funding and so on, we'll be making a conscious effort to improve the services we already offer, and hopefully to reach a point where we can provide a comprehensive amalgamation of products and services for the Manchester skate and youth community.
