Thanks to the Blueprint team for coming to the Pump Cage and thanks to Chris Barrett for standing on top of the cabin for hours on end filming this excellent edit.

Projekts MCR provides beginner coaching sessions for all sorts of groups and organisations. We have a regular beginner coaching session at the Pump Cage on Sunday mornings from 10am to 12pm, which costs £5 per person. We also offer private coaching either on location or at our facility in Manchester city centre.
